Due to the fact that many of the items on this website are undergarments and other health products, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any items unless the item is proven faulty or you have received the wrong item.

Faulty Products
If you have received a faulty item, please email us at contact@prettyfigures.com.
Please include photos and a description of the issue as well as your order number, once received we will review the issue and contact you regarding the matter.

Incorrect Items
If the product you received is not what you selected from our store then please take photos and send your order number to contact@prettyfigures.com.
